SARA comprises
Chapter 41 of the Romance Writers of America (RWA) and we are
located deep in the heart of Texas. We appreciate the
opportunity to tell you a little about our chapter, our members,
and our sponsored events.
SARA is made up
of a group of diverse individuals whose backgrounds and writing
styles are as varied as the books on your individual
bookshelves.
We have members
who are well-known published authors, and some who are newly
published and just starting to make a name for themselves in the
Romance industry. Still others are newcomers here, just
beginning their individual writing journeys.
Wherever YOU fit
in this description, we would love to have you join us. Whether
for one meeting or a lifetime of support, SARA is here for you!
What we all have
in common is a love of Romance -- not just writing it, but also
reading it voraciously. We are suckers for strong alpha males,
determined, independent females, and the ever-lasting truth that
love may not conquer all but it sure makes the ride worthwhile.
